At Seven Hills Restaurant, local ingredients are not ony used by our kitchen crew, but also by our skilled bar team. Within 60 km from the hotel, we have discovered some true artisans. There are various local spirits and wines that you can try in our hotel bar. We have also found a great gin that is distilled in close proximity to Seven Hills. In in cooperation with the talented >>die klefischer<< we designed a special edition bottle of gin that can be tasted at our restaurant. ROSHAIN’s gin does not only convince through an appealing stone design bottle, but also the taste is amazing. All ingredients are cultivated 100% organically. Christian uses lavender from his own garden, at the edge of the Siebengebirge. The gin has subtle aromas of star anis, cinnamon and coriander, jsut to name a few.
As much as we love to drink it straight or on the rocks, we will also feature some tasty longdrinks. How about a refreshing 'Seven Hills Mule' on the terrace in the summer or an exotic 'Rosebud cocktail accompanying your dessert? Maybe our restaurant team can surprise you with a 'Wild Rosie'.
